Our clinical staff offers a broad diversity of skills and experience with an emphasis on hands on therapy which enhances patient care and expedites recovery.

Physical Therapist (MPT) Ergonomic Assessment Specialist (CEAS)

Ashwini attended Stony Brook University where she earned a Bachelor's degree in biology in 1999; followed by a Master's degree in physical therapy from New York Institute of Technology in 2002. Ashwini is also a certified ergonomic assessment specialist. A native of Pune, India, she speaks fluent Hindi and Marathi. Ashwini joined MORE in 2011 and is currently the Clinical Manager of our San Jose/Silver Creek location. Ashwini enjoys spending time with her two daughters as well as oil painting, drawing, and swimming.

Casey was inspired to pursue a career in physical therapy after being injured while playing football for Pioneer High School.  He earned his Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2003 followed by a Master's degree in Physical Therapy from Fresno State University in 2007. He is additionally certified as a massage practitioner, and in 2010 he became a Fellow of the American Association of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists. Casey joined MORE in 2007.

Cher grew up in the small central valley town of Ripon where she played high school volleyball, basketball, and softball. A sports-related stress fracture first introduced Cher to physical therapy and inspired her career path. Cher earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Exercise Science from Dordt College in Iowa in 1994, followed by her Masters degree in Physical Therapy from Chapman University in 1996. Cher practiced in California and Minnesota in outpatient orthopedic settings before she and her family relocated to Belgium  with her husband's employer. After returning from Europe, Cher joined MORE in 2009 and works as a staff therapist at our Blossom Valley clinic. Cher enjoys running, reading a good book, and being a soccer-basketball-softball mom.

Chris Kuhn

A high school All-American and collegiate scholarship soccer player, Chris was also a silver medalist in 1989 and a gold medalist in 1990 in the Olympic Festival team trials. Chris initially came to MORE as a patient following an injury incurred while playing goalkeeper for the Santa Clara University Men's soccer team. This experience inspired Chris to become a physical therapist. After graduating from SCU with a Bachelors of Science in biology in 1995, Chris attended Mount St. Mary's College and graduated in 1998 with a Master's Degree in physical therapy. In 2004, Chris earned an additional certification as an Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) and became a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in 2006. Chris is the Clinical Director of Physical Therapy at our Burlingame and Foster City facilities. He holds a USSF class C coaching license and has coached collegiate level soccer. Currently Chris coaches his children's soccer and lacrosse teams.

Enoch Quon, PT, DPT

Enoch attended Valley Christian High School where he participated in basketball, water polo and wresting.  It was his passion for physical fitness and desire to help people improve their lives that led to his career in physical therapy.  In 2013 Enoch graduated from the University of California Davis with a Bachelor of Science degree and in 2014 he earned his personal training certification.  As a personal trainer Enoch has worked with a wide variety of individuals including children, families, seniors and tech engineers.  Enoch spent his final clinical internship at MORE while pursuing his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Mount Saint Mary’s University, and after graduating in 2019 he returned to MORE and works as a staff therapist at our Central San Jose location.   Enoch enjoys playing basketball, weightlifting, hiking and participating in activities at his church.

Harriet Russell

Harriet was born in Oxford, England and moved to California at the age of 6.  As a collegiate rower and competitive high school cheer leader, she experienced the benefits of physical therapy first hand, which in turn inspired her career path.  Harriet earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Science with a concentration in Pre-Physical Therapy from Loyola Marymount University in 2013, followed by her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Columbia University in 2016.   During her time at Columbia Harriet conducted research on the reliability and validity of the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and was a presenter at the 2016 Combined Sections meeting of the American Physical Therapy Association.  Harriet is a Certified Clinical Instructor and serves as MORE’s  Site Coordinator for Clinical Education.  She enjoys being outdoors, particularly exploring the beaches around Santa Cruz and the wineries of Napa. Harriet is the Assistant Clinic Manager at our Central San Jose location.

Hilary Freund

Hilary earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, Massachusetts in 2000 and spent the next five years as a genetic researcher. With the desire to have a more immediate impact in the lives of others, Hilary chose to pursue a career in physical therapy and graduated from the University of Southern California with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2008. Hilary joined MORE in 2012 and works as a staff therapist at our Blossom Valley facility. Hilary enjoys reading, hiking, and working out at the gym.

After working for several years as a Certified Personal Trainer, Jacqueline chose to pursue a career  as a physical therapist in order to more fully address the needs of people with a wide variety of conditions.  In 2012 she graduated magna cum laude from San Francisco State University earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Neuromuscular Science.  In 2019 Jacqueline received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from MGH Institute of Health Professions in Boston, Massachusetts, and is currently completing her Master of Science degree in Kinesiology at San Francisco State University. Jacqueline joined our Foster City team in 2019.  She enjoys traveling, learning to cook international cuisine, trail running and strength training.

Jeff Lau, PT, DPT

While participating in football and track & field in high school, Jeff became interested in the human body and how it is able to recover from injuries. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from the University of California Irvine in 2012. Jeff’s career path was inspired during the time he spent volunteering at physical therapy clinics as an undergrad. Jeff earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2019 from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, San Marcos. He continues to enjoy an active lifestyle which includes running, cooking and trying new restaurants. Jeff also enjoys traveling with his wife; some of his favorite places they have visited include Iceland, Japan, France, The Netherlands, and Spain. Jeff is a staff therapist at our Stanford Vaden Health clinic. In addition to English, he speaks Cantonese. 

Justin Ingalls

Justin was inspired to pursue a career in physical therapy after  an elbow injury led to the end of his collegiate baseball career.  He earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science from the University of Puget Sound in 2010 followed by his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from University of the Pacific in 2013, and in 2020 Justin became a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist.  Justin joined MORE in 2014 and is currently the clinical manager of our clinic in the Vaden Student Health Center at Stanford University.  He continues to play recreational softball and enjoys spending time with family and his Siberian Huskey, Blaze.

Katie Monaghan

Katie is a life-long athlete who played both field hockey and lacrosse in high school and was a member of the varsity field hockey team at Tufts University.  Throughout her athletic career Katie suffered numerous injuries; seeing first-hand the positive impact physical therapists  can have on their patients inspired her career path, and after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Classical Studies from Tufts University in 2016, Katie attended Columbia University where she received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2020.  Soon thereafter, Katie joined MORE and works as a staff physical therapist at our central San Jose location.   Katie enjoys running, weight lifting, biking, swimming, cooking and discovering unique restaurants.

Kelley had always planned to pursue a career that would allow her to help others improve their quality of life.   While performing her high school senior project she had hoped to shadow an athletic trainer, but there were no trainers available in her small town and as a result she was placed with a physical therapist.  This turn of events was serendipitous as it provided the inspiration for Kelley to pursue a career in physical therapy. Kelley earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from California State University, Chico in 2012 followed by her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from California State University, Fresno in 2018.  Shortly after graduating Kelley joined MORE where she works as a staff physical therapist at our Central San Jose clinic.   Kelley enjoys traveling, eating good food, and enjoying the outdoors with Barley, her Border Collie.

Kunal Patel

Kunal was born in Kingston, Jamaica and moved to the US at the age of 15. Injuries incurred while playing high school and collegiate basketball provided Kunal with the opportunity to experience the benefits of physical therapy himself, which positively impacted both his athletic endeavors and career path. Kunal earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Emory University in 2015, followed by his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine in 2019. Kunal is passionate about helping people become stronger and more resilient, both mentally and physically on their journey to becoming the best version of themselves. He enjoys playing basketball competitively, weightlifting, and reading. Kunal joined MORE in 2020 and works as a staff therapist at our Los Gatos facility.

Lyndsey Pearsall, DPT

Lyndsey is passionate about living a healthy and physically active lifestyle and chose a to pursue a career in physical therapy in order to assist others in remaining active and achieving their functional goals.   She received her Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology from McGill University in Montreal, Canada  in 2012, followed by a  Masters of Physiotherapy from McMaster University in Ontario in 2014.  Lyndsey worked as a physical therapist in Ontario for two years prior to moving to the U.S. where she earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine in 2018.  Shortly thereafter she joined the MORE team and currently works at our clinic in the Vaden Student Health Center at Stanford University.  Lyndsey enjoys swimming and running and is a member of the Stanford Masters Swim Team as well as the Palo Alto Run Club.  Lyndsey and her husband enjoy camping, hiking and rock climbing.

Marci Stevenson

Marci joined MORE in 1994 and directs our RunningMORE program at our Los Gatos office. Marci completed her Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry at Cal Poly in 1983 and her Master's degree in physical therapy from Duke University in 1988. Marci is additionally certified by the APTA as an Orthopedic Specialist and is a certified Active Release Technique (ART) practitioner. She specializes in the treatment of running-related injuries and the use of dynamic movement analysis to help people return to sport. Marci enjoys running, swimming, and hiking.

Martha Lepow

A native of San Jose,Martha attended Presentation High School prior to attending Santa Clara University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology in 1992. Martha began working at MORE as a Certified Athletic Trainer prior to attending the Arizona School of Health Sciences where she obtained her Master's Degree in physical therapy in 1999. Martha returned to MORE as a physical therapist in 2000 and is additionally certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and an Ergonomic Assessment Specialist.   Martha is the Clinical Manager of our Blossom Valley facility.

Matt earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northeastern University in 2018 and soon thereafter joined MORE where he works at our central San Jose location.  Prior to pursuing a career in physical therapy, Matt earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Southern California in 2002 and a Master’s Degree in Print Journalism from Emerson College in 2009. In his previous careers Matt enjoyed working with individuals to understand their story and how their lives could be improved. His role as a physical therapist continues to fulfill this desire as he is passionate about helping others learn better movement and health habits. Matt enjoys cycling, hiking, and running.

Mike Grom, PT, DPT

Mike was inspired to become a physical therapist, at the age of eleven, after his brother overcame a ski accident and weeks in a body cast. While an undergrad, Mike earned his Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification, and in 2016, he graduated, Cum Laude, with a Bachelor's degree in Biology from The State University of New York (SUNY) at Geneseo.  In 2019, Mike earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, as a Dean's List Scholar, from The State University of New York's Upstate Medical University. Mike enjoys hiking and playing basketball, but has a special love for soccer, which he played throughout his collegiate career. A native New Yorker, Mike relocated to California in 2020 to join MORE as a staff Physical Therapist at our Central San Jose location.

Miranda Dumas, PT, DPT

While competing on her high school’s track team, Miranda became intrigued by the work athletic trainers perform and she began exploring careers that would allow her to help others heal from injuries and live a healthy lifestyle.  In her senior year she took an anatomy course that solidified her interest in the field of physical therapy.  Miranda received her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from California State University, Sacramento in 2016 and returned to CSU, Sacramento for graduate school earning a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2019.  Shortly thereafter, Miranda joined MORE where she works as a staff physical therapist at our central San Jose clinic.  Miranda enjoys hiking, cooking and spending time with friends and family. 

Roberto Concha-Foley

Roberto Concha-Foley, PT, DPT

Roberto initially became interested in a career as a physical therapist after suffering an Achilles injury while playing football for Cabrillo College. He attended California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology in 2014, followed by his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of California, San Francisco/San Francisco State University in 2019.  Roberto was profoundly inspired by the physical therapists that treated him in his collegiate years, and finds satisfaction in providing compassionate care for those faced with their own unique challenges. Roberto works as a staff therapist at our Burlingame clinic.  He enjoys backpacking, snowboarding, surfing and non-combat boxing.  He also enjoys volunteering with Rock Steady Boxing (for individuals with Parkinson’s Disease) and Daly City's “Walk, Talk and Clean the Block” community program.  Roberto speaks conversational Spanish.

Ron is the president and founder of MORE Physical Therapy, Inc. He is the clinical director of our San Jose/Rose Garden facility. Ron graduated in 1984 from Ohio State University with a Bachelors degree in physical therapy and in 1987 earned his athletic trainer certification. Ron specializes in manual therapy for orthopedic and sports-related injuries. An avid golfer, Ron created MORE's Golf for Life program.  He has served as team physical therapist for both the San Jose CyberRays and FC Gold Pride women's professional soccer teams.

Vince Gutierrez

Vince's interest in sports and human movement and his commitment to helping others influenced his choice to pursue a career in physical therapy. After graduating from Bellarmine High School, Vince attended Loyola Marymount University and graduated in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. In 1999 Vince obtained his athletic training certification and then attended Northwestern University, where in 2001 he earned both a Master's degree and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. His long-held interest in sports originated in his own participation and success in athletic endeavors, which have included basketball, football, baseball, golf, rugby, softball, and, most recently, hockey.  Loyola Marymount's rugby team won their division championship three of the four years Vince played for them, and he was named team MVP twice. Vince is the Clinical Director of our Los Gatos facility.

Zaldy's decision to pursue a career in physical therapy was influenced by being raised in a family of allied healthcare professionals and his personal experience of receiving physical therapy for a shoulder injury. Zaldy initially worked at MORE as a therapy aide while attending San Jose State University. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Biology from San Jose State in 2001, and then received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Azusa Pacific University in 2006. After graduating from Azusa Pacific, Zaldy returned to MORE and he is currently a clinic manager at our Foster City facility.  In his free time Zaldy enjoys traveling and playing football, golf, and basketball.

Vince is the Clinical Director of our Los Gatos facility.

A high school All-American and collegiate scholarship soccer player, Chris was also a silver medalist in 1989 and a gold medalist in 1990 in the Olympic Festival team trials. Chris initially came to MORE as a patient following an injury incurred while playing goalkeeper for the Santa Clara University Men's soccer team. This experience inspired Chris to become a physical therapist. After graduating from SCU with a Bachelors of Science in biology in 1995, Chris attended Mount St. Mary's College and graduated in 1998 with a Master's Degree in physical therapy. In 2004, Chris earned an additional certification as an Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) and became a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in 2006. Chris is the Clinical Director of Physical Therapy at our Burlingame and Foster City facilities. He holds a USSF class C coaching license and has coached collegiate level soccer. Currently Chris coaches his children's soccer and lacrosse teams.
