Minica Cheng, MPT
Minica credits the physical therapist who treated her following a knee injury in high school with providing both the expertise to return her to running and for inspiring her career path. Minica earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Medicine from The University of the Pacific in 2007, followed by a Master’s degree in Kinesiology from San Francisco State University in 2011. She then went on to earn a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from California State University Sacramento in 2013. Minica worked as a physical therapist in outpatient orthopedics and home health before joining MORE in 2017. In addition to English, Minica speaks fluent Cantonese. She continues to enjoy running and also likes to spend time hiking, paddle boarding and sport spectating.
