Anna earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Science from Vassar College in 2014. After working as a Distribution Supervisor at a local fruit company, she realized she wanted a career that would bring her closer to the people she was serving. Anna chose to become a physical therapist after considering the positive experience she had in physical therapy while playing Division III field hockey. Anna received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from University of California San Francisco, San Francisco State University in 2021. She was inspired by one physical therapist who truly listened and helped her reach her goals and she strives to provide the same positive experience for her own patients. Anna works as a staff therapist at our San Jose-Rosegarden clinic where she worked as an aide while an undergrad. Anna enjoys frequenting her local farmers market, hiking, skiing, running and spending time with her French bulldog, Duncan.
Artisha received physical therapy treatment following an Achilles injury and was inspired by the collaborative and physically active aspects of the physical therapy profession. After graduating from University of California, San Diego with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a minor in Psychology in 2015, Artisha attended California State University Northridge. While a graduate student at CSUN, Artisha volunteered at a hospital in Da Nang, Vietnam and also hosted and taught Japanese JIKEI students each year. As a physical therapist intern she witnessed a patient cry tears of joy upon discharge and knew that helping patients return to their desired activities was the right career choice for her. Artisha earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2020 and shortly thereafter joined MORE where she works as a staff therapist  at our Foster City and central San Jose clinics. Artisha enjoys cooking, baking and trying new restaurants. Artisha speaks both English and Mandarin.     Â
Ashwini attended Stony Brook University where she earned a Bachelor's degree in biology in 1999; followed by a Master's degree in physical therapy from New York Institute of Technology in 2002. Ashwini is also a certified ergonomic assessment specialist. A native of Pune, India, she speaks fluent Hindi and Marathi. Ashwini joined MORE in 2011 and is currently the Clinical Manager of our San Jose/Silver Creek location. Ashwini enjoys spending time with her two daughters as well as oil painting, drawing, and swimming.
Cher grew up in the small central valley town of Ripon where she played high school volleyball, basketball, and softball. A sports-related stress fracture first introduced Cher to physical therapy and inspired her career path. Cher earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Exercise Science from Dordt College in Iowa in 1994, followed by her Masters degree in Physical Therapy from Chapman University in 1996. Cher practiced in California and Minnesota in outpatient orthopedic settings before she and her family relocated to Belgium with her husband's employer. After returning from Europe, Cher joined MORE in 2009 and works as a staff therapist at our Blossom Valley clinic. Cher enjoys running, reading a good book, and being a soccer-basketball-softball mom.
A high school All-American and collegiate scholarship soccer player, Chris was also a silver medalist in 1989 and a gold medalist in 1990 in the Olympic Festival team trials. Chris initially came to MORE as a patient following an injury incurred while playing goalkeeper for the Santa Clara University Men's soccer team. This experience inspired Chris to become a physical therapist. After graduating from SCU with a Bachelors of Science in biology in 1995, Chris attended Mount St. Mary's College and graduated in 1998 with a Master's Degree in physical therapy. In 2004, Chris earned an additional certification as an Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) and became a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in 2006. Chris is the Clinical Director of Physical Therapy at our Burlingame and Foster City facilities. He holds a USSF class C coaching license and has coached collegiate level soccer. Currently Chris coaches his children's soccer and lacrosse teams.
Harsimrandeep "Simran" grew up in the city of Kapurthala, which is located in Punjab, India. She received her Bachelors of Physical Therapy in 2015 from Guru Nanak Dev University. She continued her education at DAV Institute of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation where she earned her Masters in Physical Therapy in 2017. Aside from the passion of helping people, she was inspired to follow this career path by her parents and husband. When Harsimrandeep is not working, she enjoys reading books and going to the gym.
Hetty graduated from the University of California, Davis in 2015 with her Bachelor’s of Science in Neurobiology, Physiology & Behavior. While attending Davis, she grew a passion for powerlifting and Olympic lifting which later sparked her interest in physical therapy. After graduation, Hetty attended the University of Augustine of Health Sciences where she earned her Doctorate for Physical Therapy in the year 2022. When Hetty is not working, she enjoys traveling, watching movies, and lifting.Â
Hilary earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, Massachusetts in 2000 and spent the next five years as a genetic researcher. With the desire to have a more immediate impact in the lives of others, Hilary chose to pursue a career in physical therapy and graduated from the University of Southern California with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2008. Hilary joined MORE in 2012 and currently works as a staff therapist at our Blossom Valley facility providing both land-based and aquatic physical therapy. In 2020 Hilary earned her Aquatic Therapy and Rehabilitation Industry certification. She enjoys reading, hiking, and working out at the gym.
Justin was inspired to pursue a career in physical therapy after an elbow injury led to the end of his collegiate baseball career. He earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science from the University of Puget Sound in 2010 followed by his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from University of the Pacific in 2013, and in 2020 Justin became a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. Justin joined MORE in 2014 and is currently the clinical manager of our clinic in the Willow Glen area in San Jose. He continues to play recreational softball and enjoys spending time with family and his Siberian Huskey, Blaze.

Marci joined MORE in 1994 and directs our RunningMORE program at our Los Gatos office. Marci completed her Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry at Cal Poly in 1983 and her Master's degree in physical therapy from Duke University in 1988. Marci is additionally certified by the APTA as an Orthopedic Specialist and is a certified Active Release Technique (ART) practitioner. She specializes in the treatment of running-related injuries and the use of dynamic movement analysis to help people return to sport. Marci enjoys running, swimming, and hiking.
A native of San Jose,Martha attended Presentation High School prior to attending Santa Clara University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology in 1992. Martha began working at MORE as a Certified Athletic Trainer prior to attending the Arizona School of Health Sciences where she obtained her Master's Degree in physical therapy in 1999. Martha returned to MORE as a physical therapist in 2000 and is additionally certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and an Ergonomic Assessment Specialist.   Martha is the Clinical Manager of our Blossom Valley facility.
When Meghan was in high school, she volunteered for a program that flew children from Mexico to Los Angeles to have their foot abnormalities corrected through surgery and physical therapy. Watching these children learn to walk and even run inspired her to become a physical therapist. Meghan earned a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 1989 and went on to receive her Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California in 1992. Meghan joined MORE in 2021 and works as a staff therapist at our Willow Glen clinic. She enjoys running, swimming, playing guitar and spending time with her husband and three children.
Mike was inspired to become a physical therapist, at the age of eleven, after his brother overcame a ski accident and weeks in a body cast. While an undergrad, Mike earned his Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification, and in 2016, he graduated, Cum Laude, with a Bachelor's degree in Biology from The State University of New York (SUNY) at Geneseo. In 2019, Mike earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, as a Dean's List Scholar, from The State University of New York's Upstate Medical University. In 2021, Mike became certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Mike enjoys hiking and playing basketball, but has a special love for soccer, which he played throughout his collegiate career. A native New Yorker, Mike relocated to California in 2020 to join MORE as a staff Physical Therapist at our Central San Jose location.
Ron is the president and founder of MORE Physical Therapy, Inc. He is the clinical director of our San Jose/Rose Garden facility. Ron graduated in 1984 from Ohio State University with a Bachelors degree in physical therapy and in 1987 earned his athletic trainer certification. Ron specializes in manual therapy for orthopedic and sports-related injuries. An avid golfer, Ron created MORE's Golf for Life program. He has served as team physical therapist for both the San Jose CyberRays and FC Gold Pride women's professional soccer teams.
Ulysis discovered his passion for physical therapy after experiencing its benefits as the captain of the men's soccer team at Cañada College in Redwood City, CA. He pursued his interest by completing a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology in Therapeutic Studies at California State University - East Bay in 2017, followed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Mount Saint Mary's University in 2022. During his studies, Ulysis completed his final internship at MORE Physical Therapy, which led to his employment with the organization in November 2022. During his free time, Ulysis prioritizes staying active and maintaining a healthy lifestyle through regular workouts, running sessions, and soccer. His passion for exploring new cultures and destinations fuels his love for traveling, while watching movies provides him with a relaxing escape. Moreover, Ulysis's fluency in Spanish enables him to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking patients and provide them with personalized, high-quality care.
Vince's career path was influenced by his interest in sports and human movement as well as his commitment to helping others. After graduating from Bellarmine College Preparatory, Vince attended Loyola Marymount University and graduated in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. In 1999 Vince obtained his athletic training certification and then attended Northwestern University, where in 2001 he earned both his Master's and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. His long-held interest in sports originated in his own participation in athletic endeavors, which have included basketball, football, baseball, golf, rugby, softball, and hockey. Vince was named MVP of Loyola Marymount's rugby team twice. As the father of two active young sons, Vince’s own participation in sports is limited to golf and sports spectating currently, yet he remains passionate about sports rehab and in 2020 earned his Titleist Performance Institute level 1 certification. Vince also enjoys playing the guitar. Vince joined the MORE team as a staff therapist in 2002 and is now the Clinical Director of our Los Gatos facility.
Zaldy's decision to pursue a career in physical therapy was influenced by being raised in a family of allied healthcare professionals and his personal experience of receiving physical therapy for a shoulder injury. Zaldy initially worked at MORE as a therapy aide while attending San Jose State University. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Biology from San Jose State in 2001, and then received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Azusa Pacific University in 2006. After graduating from Azusa Pacific, Zaldy returned to MORE and he is currently a clinic manager at our Foster City facility. In his free time Zaldy enjoys traveling and playing football, golf, and basketball.
Lupe was born in El Salvador and grew up playing competitive soccer. She was introduced to physical therapy as an adolescent after sustaining multiple Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) injuries. Experiencing physical therapy first-hand taught her about the benefits of physical therapy in regaining and optimizing physical function, as well as its potential to positively affect a person’s emotional well-being. As a practicing clinician, building a strong patient-therapist alliance like the one Lupe had with her therapists as a young girl is foundational in her practice. Lupe attended San Francisco State University where she earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Kinesiology in 2016 followed by a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from University of California San Francisco, San Francisco State University in 2021. Lupe became Myofascial Decompression certified (MFDc) and joined MORE in 2021 as well. She works as a staff therapist at our Foster City location. Lupe enjoys jogging, dancing, biking, and spending time with family and friends. In addition to English, Lupe speaks Spanish.

As a young personal trainer, Brian was fortunate to have a mentor who was a physical therapist. Inspired by his level of understanding of anatomy, biomechanics and exercise application, Brian chose to pursue a career in the physical therapy field. An avid baseball and softball player, Brian has played for Bellarmine College Prep and West Valley College and continues to play recreationally.Â
Laurie’s career path was inspired by a sports medicine course she took in college and she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Health, Physical Education and Recreation from St. Mary’s College of California  in 1982. Laurie went on to obtain her Athletic Training Certification in 1985 and later became the first full-time athletic Trainer at Junipero Serra High School in San Mateo. Laurie earned her Physical Therapist Assistant license in 1994 and  worked as a physical therapist assistant while continuing to provide athletic training services at various bay area high schools.   Laurie joined MORE in 2018. She enjoys sports spectating and spending time with her daughters.Â
Maria chose to pursue a career in the physical therapy field because it provides the opportunity for her to assist people in returning to the activities they love. Maria joined our team at the Vaden Student Health Center at Stanford University in 2018 shortly after earning her Associate of Science degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant from the Gurnick Academy of Medical Arts. She enjoys hiking, meditating, reading and gardening. Maria was born in Cali, Colombia and speaks fluent Spanish.

Gary is a driven practitioner who was inspired to pursue a career in physical therapy out of love for martial arts and to help people positively change their lives through improved movement function. Gary is fluent in Mandarin and when he is not in the office, Gary enjoys spending time with friends and family at the Warrior's games, wine tasting, practicing Tai Chi and Chi Gong, traveling, and exploring new restaurants in the bay area.

His long-held interest in sports originated in his own participation in athletic endeavors, which have included basketball, football, baseball, golf, rugby, softball, and hockey. Vince was named MVP of Loyola Marymount's rugby team twice. As the father of two active young sons, Vince’s own participation in sports is limited to golf and sports spectating currently, yet he remains passionate about sports rehab and in 2020 earned his Titleist Performance Institute level 1 certification. Vince also enjoys playing the guitar. Vince joined the MORE team as a staff therapist in 2002 and is now the Clinical Director of our Los Gatos facility.
Laurie’s career path was inspired by a sports medicine course she took in college and she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Health, Physical Education and Recreation from St. Mary’s College of California  in 1982. Laurie went on to obtain her Athletic Training Certification in 1985 and later became the first full-time athletic Trainer at Junipero Serra High School in San Mateo. Laurie earned her Physical Therapist Assistant license in 1994 and  worked as a physical therapist assistant while continuing to provide athletic training services at various bay area high schools.   Laurie joined MORE in 2018. She enjoys sports spectating and spending time with her daughters.Â

Ron is the president and founder of MORE Physical Therapy, Inc. He is the clinical director of our San Jose/Rose Garden facility. Ron graduated in 1984 from Ohio State University with a Bachelors degree in physical therapy and in 1987 earned his athletic trainer certification. A high school All-American and collegiate scholarship soccer player, Chris was also a silver medalist in 1989 and a gold medalist in 1990 in the Olympic Festival team trials. Chris initially came to MORE as a patient following an injury incurred while playing goalkeeper for the Santa Clara University Men's soccer team. This experience inspired Chris to become a physical therapist. After graduating from SCU with a Bachelors of Science in biology in 1995, Chris attended Mount St. Mary's College and graduated in 1998 with a Master's Degree in physical therapy. In 2004, Chris earned an additional certification as an Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) and became a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in 2006. Chris is the Clinical Director of Physical Therapy at our Burlingame and Foster City facilities. He holds a USSF class C coaching license and has coached collegiate level soccer. Currently Chris coaches his children's soccer and lacrosse teams.

While an undergrad, Mike earned his Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification, and in 2016, he graduated, Cum Laude, with a Bachelor's degree in Biology from The State University of New York (SUNY) at Geneseo. In 2019, Mike earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, as a Dean's List Scholar, from The State University of New York's Upstate Medical University. In 2021, Mike became certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Mike enjoys hiking and playing basketball, but has a special love for soccer, which he played throughout his collegiate career.
