Ronald Kaminski, PT, ATC
Ron is the president of MORE Physical Therapy, Inc. which he founded in 1988 and he is the Clinical Director of Physical Therapy at our Alameda facility. Ron graduated in 1984 from Ohio State University with a Bachelor's degree in physical therapy. Ron is certified by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) as a Sports Certified Specialist and is also a Certified Athletic Trainer. Ron specializes in manual therapy for orthopedic and sports-related injuries. Ron was the team physical therapist for the San Jose CyberRays Woman's Professional Soccer team and has been a member of the Sports Medicine Staff at Santa Clara University since 1988. An avid golfer, Ron created MORE's "Golf for Life" program and he enjoys other sports such as skiing, hockey and running, the latter of which comes in handy in keeping up with his three small children.




Chris Kuhn, MPT, OCS, COMT
A collegiate scholarship soccer player, Chris was a silver medalist in 1989 and a gold medalist in 1990 in the Olympic Festival team trials. Chris initially came to MORE as a patient following an injury incurred while playing goalkeeper for the Santa Clara University Men's soccer team. This experience inspired Chris to become a physical therapist. After graduating from SCU with a Bachelor's degree in biology in 1995, Chris attended Mount St. Mary's College and graduated in 1998 with a Master's Degree in physical therapy. In 2004, Chris earned an additional certification as an Orthopedic Manual Therapist in the Maitland Australian concept and became a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in June of 2006. Chris is the Clinical Director of Physical Therapy at our facility in the Peninsula Jewish Community Center. Chris has had extensive experience coaching at the collegiate level and continues coaching today for his children's recreational league.




Marci Stevenson, MPT, OCS

Marci joined MORE in 1994 and is currently the Clinical Director of Physical Therapy at our Club One Almaden Valley facility. Marci completed her Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry at Cal Poly in 1983 and her Master's degree from Duke University's Physical Therapy program in 1988. Marci is additionally certified by the APTA as an Orthopedic Specialist and specializes in the treatment of orthopedic and sports-related injuries. Marci enjoys swimming, running and golf.




Lindsay Johnson, MPT
Lindsay is the Clinical Director of Physical Therapy at our Club One Brentwood facility. Lindsay joined our staff in the spring of 2005 and currently works at our Brentwood facility. Lindsay earned her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology/ Exercise Science in 2001 from California State University, Fresno, followed by her Master of Physical Therapy degree in 2004 also from CSU Fresno. A native of Walnut Creek, Lindsay enjoys running, wakeboarding and crafts.


Vince Gutierrez, DPT, ATC
Vince graduated from Loyola Marymount University in 1992 with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and in 1999 obtained his athletic training certification. Vince’s interest in sports and human movement, as well as his commitment to helping others, made his choice to become a physical therapist a natural one and in 2001 he earned both a Masters Degree and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northwestern University. Vince’s long-held interest in sports originated in his own participation and success in athletic endeavors which have included basketball, football, baseball, golf, rugby, softball, and, most recently, hockey. In fact, Loyola Marymount’s rugby team won their division championship three of the four years Vince played for them, and he was named team MVP twice. Prior to his collegiate athletic career, Vince attended Bellarmine High School where he earned all-league honors for football. Vince is Clinical Director of our satellite facility in the Addison-Penzak Jewish Community Center in Los Gatos.




Wylie Kau, DPT
Wylie became interested in a career in the healthcare field after tearing ligaments in his ankle while playing basketball at College Prep High School in Oakland. In 1997, Wylie earned his Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry / Cell Biology from UC San Diego followed by a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from University of Southern California in 2002. Wylie joined MORE in 2003 as a staff therapist and later began to oversee our Golf For Life program. In 2007 Wylie became the Clinical Director of Physical Therapy at our Silver Creek facility. Wylie enjoys golf, basketball, tennis and spending time with his wife and son.



Michele Maresca, MPT, Certified
Ergonomic Specialist   


Michele earned her Bachelor's Degree in psychology with a minor in Spanish literature from UC San Diego in 1995 and her Master's Degree in Physical Therapy at Chapman University in 1999. Prior to her collegiate years, Michele attended St. Francis High School. Michele played intercollegiate tennis for UCSD and continues to be an avid tennis player today. Michele also enjoys softball, running, biking and more leisurely, quilting and reading. Michele began working at MORE as a staff therapist in 2003. In 2006 she became a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist and in 2007 became Clinical Director of our Club One Silicon Valley facility.




Martha Lepow, MPT, ATC, CSCS, Certified Ergonomic Specialist


A San Jose native, Martha attended Presentation High School prior to attending Santa Clara University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology in 1992. Martha began working at MORE as a Certified Athletic Trainer prior to attending the Arizona School of Health Sciences where she obtained her Master's Degree in physical therapy in 1999. Martha returned to MORE in 2000 after becoming a Physical Therapist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and in 2006 she became a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist. Martha is the mother of two small children and works part time at our Club One Silicon Valley facility.




Tina Andrews-Nelms, PT
Tina joined MORE in the fall of 2002. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Exercise Physiology from Fresno State University in 1986, followed by her Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Northwestern University in 1989. A San Jose native, Tina attended Leland High School. Tina's specialties include Aquatic Therapy and Simons & Travell Myofascial treatment. Tina enjoys mountain biking and running and has completed in the "24 Hours of Adrenaline" mountain bike race. A mother of two, Tina works part time at our Club One Almaden Valley facility.




Brita Hellman, DPT, ATC
Brita began working at MORE in 1997 as a Therapy Aide while pursuing her Bachelor's Degree in Combined Sciences at Santa Clara University. After graduating from SCU in 2000, Brita attend the University of Southern California where she obtained her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2004 and soon thereafter her certification as an Athletic Trainer. Brita returned to MORE in 2004 as a staff therapist at our Alameda site where she also teaches Back School. A native of San Jose, Brita attended Presentation High School. Brita enjoys dancing, biking, camping and hiking.




Emily Schulz, DPT
At the age of 12 Emily discovered the positive impact rehabilitation can make on a person’s life when her sister sustained a serious back injury. After earning a Bachelors Degree in Biomedical Sciences in 2004, Emily continued her studies at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2006. Emily initially came to MORE as a physical therapy student and returned upon her graduation to join our team as a staff therapist at both our San Jose clinic on The Alameda, and our Foster City clinic. In her spare time, Emily enjoys volleyball, traveling, reading, and spending time with her family.




Zaldy Dela Cuesta, DPT
Zaldy was raised in a family of allied health professionals and was influenced from an early age to make a difference in people's lives. While attending San Jose State University, Zaldy worked for MORE as a therapy aide. After earning his Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from San Jose State in 2001, he attended Azusa Pacific University where he earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2006. Zaldy currently works as a staff therapist at two of our San Jose clinics; our main clinic on The Alameda and our Club One Almaden Valley clinic. In his free time, Zaldy enjoys playing football, basketball and golf.




Katie Fitzpatrick, DPT
Katie’s career in healthcare began as a massage therapist where she specialized in Swedish massage. In 2003 she graduated from the University of Nevada Reno with a Bachelors of Science degree in Health Ecology, she then continued her education at University of the Pacific where she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2006. Katie divides her time between our main clinic in San Jose and our Brentwood clinic. When not in-clinic or commuting to and fro, Katie enjoys flying airplanes, rock climbing, and spending time with her family and yellow lab, Buddy.




Casey Olsen, MPT CSCS
Soon after earning a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Fresno State University in 2007, Casey joined MORE as a staff therapist at our Alameda location in San Jose. Casey earned a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2003 and is additionally certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a massage practitioner. Casey was inspired to become a physical therapist after dislocating his knee caps while playing football for Pioneer High School. An avid reader, Casey also enjoys spending time hiking and going to the beach.




Jamie Yang, DPT CSCS
While Jamie was attending Stanford University, two of her closest friends underwent extensive physical therapy. Watching how the rehabilitation process allowed her friends to return to everyday activities and competitive collegiate gymnastics inspired Jamie to pursue a career as a physical therapist. After graduating from Stanford with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Biology in 2005, Jamie attended the University of Southern California where in 2008 she earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Jamie is additionally certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and enjoys tennis, running, social dance, and violin. Jamie is a staff therapist at our Alameda location in San Jose..




Greg Payne, ATC, PTA
Greg began working for MORE in 1989, shortly after receiving his Bachelor's degree in Physical Education from San Jose State University. In addition to treating patients in-clinic, Greg participates in our High School Outreach program, providing athletic training services at local high schools. Greg enjoys both volleyball and tennis and is an avid reader.




Michael Quan, PTA
Michael works as a Physical Therapist Assistant at our Foster City clinic. A graduate of De Anza College, Michael received his Associate of Arts degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2002. Michael finds creating adaptations to meet patients’ physical limits interesting and challenging. Michael was born in Hong Kong and speaks fluent Cantonese. In his spare time, Michael enjoys watching baseball and basketball and working out.




Gary Lang, MS, ATC
Gary Lang is a certified athletic trainer and the head of our high school outreach program. Having spent a considerable amount of time in the classroom, both as a student and instructor, Gary is well suited to this position. Gary graduated with an Associates of Science degree in Pre-physical Therapy from Sacramento City College in 1975 followed by a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine from Cal State Sacramento in 1978. In 1979 Gary received his K-12 PE Teachers Credential and in 1980 graduated from the University of Arizona with a Masters Degree in Sports Medicine. Gary has worked as an athletic trainer for several world championship sporting events including the Pan American Games in 2003 and the Athens Olympics in 2004. A native of Sacramento, Gary and his family now make their home in Tracy where Gary enjoys dabbling in Bonsai.




Rachel Blakeman, MA, ATC
Rachel has worked for MORE since August 2005 at The Alameda facility and in our high school outreach program. After several years in the music business, Rachel made the decision to change her career to the sports/health care field. In 1997, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in kinesiology from San Jose State University, followed two years later by a Master’s degree in movement sciences. Rachel is committed to working with athletes and helping them to achieve their maximum potential. A native Californian used to great weather, she enjoys many outdoor activities such as rowing, hiking, and softball.




Monica Garza, MS, ATC
Monica is a Certified Athletic Trainer who graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in kinesiology in 2001, followed by a Master of Science degree, also in kinesiology, in 2003. Monica, an avid sports enthusiast, worked several NCAA championship events both as a student and a graduate assistant at LSU. Following college, she worked for the Galveston Independent School District in the capacity of a Certified Athletic Trainer, licensed by the state of Texas. A Louisiana native, Monica is proud of her French heritage and enjoys Cajun food. A jogger, Monica participated in the 2006 Rock ‘n’ Roll Half Marathon in San Jose. She enjoys traveling, seeing new places and experiencing different cultures.
