Many athletes fail to meet their goals because the exercise programs they participate in are not tailored to their individual needs. Lack of confidence and fear of injury may also inhibit athletes from performing at their highest potential. The PlayingMORE program includes an assessment of each athlete’s flexibility, strength, agility, endurance, balance, and injury history which allows us to identify strengths and weaknesses and tailor an individualized exercise program specific to sport, gender, age, and level of play.
PlayingMORE is appropriate for teams or individual athletes of all levels and is designed to improve strength, speed, agility, endurance, and confidence while decreasing the likelihood of injury.
Training sessions include:
· Dynamic warm-ups
· Speed and agility training
· Plyometric training
· Core strengthening
· Sport specific conditioning
All sessions are conducted by Lisa Brenner, CSCS, CSPS, CPT who has a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and is a certified specialist in Strength and Conditioning, Personal Training, and Special Populations.
